Responsible Gambling

At Ace & Cash Casinos, we are committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing valuable resources to help patrons make informed gambling decisions. We encourage guests to treat gambling as entertainment and to set limits on time and spending.

All of our casinos are equipped with a GameSense Information Centre kiosk as well as a dedicated GameSense Advisor. GameSense Advisors can provide information on how the games work, the odds of winning, and tips on how to keep gambling fun. Additional tools and resources are available to educate and support players.

Patrons also have access to the AGLC Self-Exclusion (SE) Program. Through SE, patrons have the ability to voluntarily enroll in the program, thereby excluding themselves from all casinos and racing entertainment centres in the province of Alberta. The SE Program is completely confidential and free-of-charge to the patron. Patrons who enroll in the SE Program can choose the length of time for exclusion.

Unable to visit a GameSense Info Centre? The GameSense Info Line (1-833-447-7523) is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 5 pm and Thursday through Saturday from 1 pm to 8 pm.
